2) Create a sustainability plan to ensure the continuity of this initiative.
3) Structure the network: Define strategic lines, objectives, and functions of the nodes.
4) Define a network model that works around our objectives.
5) Create a project proposal to continue working with the IAF.
6) Find other donor institutions.
The most significant achievements of this activity are:
-Review and validation of the bylaws that will govern the network, with clear agreements on their application.
-Election of the new Board of Directors: through a participatory and transparent process.
-Definition of the strategic plan and shared vision.
-Strengthening of relationships between regional nodes.
-Participation in academic forums (such as the discussion forum at the Catholic University of Cuenca in Napo).
